Alsco approached RedFern Digital to develop a fully-integrated aftersales service digital touch point that could act not only as a marketing tool, but also as a closed loop aftersales service function for their China based clients.

THE RESULT

RedFern, in close alignment with Alsco Suzhou, developed a fully integrated after-sales service digital touch point that eliminated the problems faced by both Alsco and their clients when needing to deal with servicing issues.
