RedFern Digital supported SPC during their China market entry phase. RedFern assisted with helping to host, develop and localize their China website as well as support the brand with their overall social media strategy and execution in the China market. A number of targeted campaigns were carried out for SPC, generating high engagement relative to marketing spend.
SPC also benefited from RedFern’s support during offline events. RedFern assisted SPC with creative design and support at the China International Import Expo 2019, during which SPC gained more than 1000 new WeChat followers. Another event that RedFern executed for SPC was their attendance at the New Year Market in a local shopping mall in Shanghai, along with developing the creative designs used during and for the event. SPC’s attendance at the New Year Market attracted hundreds of new followers to the SPC WeChat account and resulted in a conversation rate to sales of 32% for the consumers who scanned the coupon QR code.
