THE OPPORTUNITY

Niki’s Natural Wipes is the world’s first baby wipes using all-natural ingredients that include Manuka honey essence and soothing coconut oil. Niki’s requested RedFern Digital’s assistance in developing their China branding and increasing their digital presence in China, with the goal of launching and driving sales to their Tmall Global store.

THE RESULT

Before launching Niki’s owned media accounts and Tmall Global store, RedFern Digital conducted research on the brand’s category in China, developing a social media strategy for the brand to succeed and focusing on branding, campaign ideation and paid media execution. Working with our creative team, we helped Niki to localize their branding for China, along with creating brand and product key visuals, choosing the unique selling points and understanding the brand’s key target audience and positioning in market.

After Niki’s owned media accounts went live on WeChat, Weibo and LRB, RedFern focused on building up content, managing KOL collaborations, and using the available promotional tools to increase brand exposure. We also launched Niki’s Tmall Global store, assisting with store design and product strategy, and continuing to manage store operations, customer services and in-app promotions.
