Brewmeister, a Scottish brewery, developed Snake Venom to be one of the strongest beers in the world, with an ABV of 67.5%. The company approached RedFern Digital to assist with market research and development, with the aim of increasing the brand’s media presence in China.
In support of developing the strategic planning for Snake Venom’s China media activation, RedFern Digital conducted market research to understand the competitor landscape, accurately target the appropriate consumers, and assist with brand positioning and strategizing.
After customizing the design and functionality of Snake Venom’s WeChat and Weibo brand accounts, we conducted ongoing content development and creative design work. RedFern also helped to develop in-market partnerships, manage campaigns for key sales periods and e-Commerce shopping festivals, and manage collaborations with KOLs. We initiated the brand’s first Douyin campaign, during which we engaged a top Douyin vlogger with over 1m followers.
