nib provides health and medical insurance to over 1.6 million Australian and New Zealand residents, as well as more than 190,000 international students and workers in Australia.
nib Australia approached RedFern to support them with better engaging outbound Chinese student before their arrival in Australia and during their time of study in-country.
The objective was to increase awareness of the brand and drive purchase of nib policies by Chinese students. RedFern carried out a number of campaigns on Weibo, engaging the use of Weibo promotional tools and Key Opinion Leaders to drive engagement. The campaigns received over 160k and 154k reads respectively, reaching thousands of potential students for the campaign. RedFern also assisted nib with creative design, with developing their brochures and customer service forms for the Chinese market, and with technical integration of customer service on WeChat.
