Teapigs is one of the UK’s leading premium tea brands and launched their Tmall store in January 2020. Teapigs was looking for an agency to support the brand by creating and executing a KOL, KOC and paid media strategy, while also driving traffic to Teapigs’ Tmall Flagship store and increasing sales and brand awareness in China.
RedFern Digital was able to assist Teapigs in building up the brand’s accounts on WeChat and Weibo, developing and posting content that is relevant to the target audience. We also assisted in launching campaigns to increase further engagement with potential customers and worked with KOLs that have proven conversation rates to drive sales in the Tmall store. Additionally, we increased internet word-of-mouth about the brand by working with KOCs, and assisted with creative projects, such as designing the E-commerce store landing pages. Through the implementation of our marketing strategy, Teapigs’ Tmall store sales have increased significantly since August 2020.
